Hi, I’m Jess McGregor, and I’m proud to lead Camden’s Adults and Health services.

Camden is a borough that doesn’t settle for the status quo. We’re driven by a deep commitment to social justice, and we work every day to challenge inequality, build trust, and deliver services that truly reflect the needs and strengths of our communities. We’re building an adult social care system that is based on relationships, love and what matters most to people.

Earlier this year, Camden was rated ‘Outstanding’ under the Care Quality Commission’s new inspection framework for Adult Social Care. That recognition means a lot. It reflects the dedication of our teams and the strength of our partnerships with residents. But we know there’s always more to do, and we’re determined to go further.

We’re now looking for a Director of Adult Social Care Operations to join us at a pivotal moment. This is a role for someone who shares our values and is ready to lead with purpose, compassion and ambition. You’ll be helping us navigate complex challenges, from rising demand and workforce pressures to the need for more integrated, person-centred care. And you’ll be doing it in a place that believes in the power of community-led change.
